SubSleuth is a subscription management platform that helps businesses track, analyze, and optimize their SaaS spending. The Service allows users to:
- Upload and analyze expense data (CSV imports)
- Track active subscriptions and renewal dates
- Receive renewal alerts via email and Slack
- Identify potential savings through duplicate detection
- Manage team access to subscription data
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
SubSleuth offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUBSLEUTH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SUBSLEUTH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Termination
